Mona Kurtz serves as Office Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant for SVB Interests, bringing extensive experience in executive-level support, operations coordination, and organizational leadership. Prior to her current role, she spent 15 years as an Executive Assistant with Mr. Cooper, prior to its transition to Rocket Mortgage, where she supported senior leadership and managed high-level administrative responsibilities in fast-paced corporate environments.

Mona earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University, providing her with a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and organizational management. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting executive leadership with excellence and efficiency.

Outside of her professional work, Mona is actively involved in Toastmasters International, where she enjoys developing her public speaking and leadership skills. She also has a deep interest in American history and is actively engaged in volunteer work within local county-level politics, reflecting her passion for civic involvement and community engagement.

Mona and her husband, Gary, are proud parents of one grown daughter and reside in Hurst. They also share their home with Cooper, their English Cream Golden Retriever, who is a beloved part of the family.
